Is time erases most of our memory? Wrong, it just dilutes influential density and clarity of mental canvas. What we remember most, the same that we wish to forget. What goes out of memory? Again, the same which we don’t like to forget.
Roaming, as we know is a nature of mind. Like a feather in the air it ends somewhere and rests with nothingness. After a while, sigh of relief reminds loss of hours. Sometimes it flashes glittering ideas. Just apply brakes to develop such thoughts. Later it may turn like the fall of apple on Newton.
We need science to facilitate our comforts. Material or other, to depend or define, there is science in every day life. But while dealing with belief, it is not flexible. Out of lab experiment is a must, especially to analyze or understand the divine belief. And so how it can be confined within walls of laboratory?
Is modern psychology able to explain divine belief? No, we cannot have a complete answer for everything with chemical or other process. Hence practical approach and own feeling is a must. These we have to keep in mind while dealing with ancient faith and rituals. Feeling is a deep mental experience. How we can filter it out of the rigid science?
The common belief is that some unknown superpower energizes this universe. Without an end it controls all and everything. The common believes in the power of Almighty. Others think it as cosmic gravity.
In depth belief and thought, centered towards a particular aim, or almighty gives confidence to face any situation. It helps to unload burden. We can have relief as tension transforms into happiness with unladed load.
Several ways and means are there to convey our love to god. Offerings we made, as a practice, stand great. But is it not selfish? “Yes” in general, to a great extent, as usual it is for wealth, health or fame. Eternal peace that everyone wishes to have seems practically impossible. As per sages or their scriptures, there is nothing eternal, except renunciation. So we have to keep distance of desire to evade despair.
What happens when we pray to God? While some stands with closed eyes, others may be with folded hands, and a few in their tears. It varies with each. Why we are doing all these? How we are getting peace? What powers the powerful? What is the science in it?
Little one asks, is the ghost real? “Yes” to some, as may have felt. But they do not know how to prove. So we have to believe, imaginative fear shapes ghost.
Mind felt heavy for a long time. The varying vastness compelled to ink it. Otherwise, it will go out of mind as usual. Writing relieves at ease and it frees. Therefore, let it be free, I thought.
